- 사전등록자에게 등록용 QR코드가 문자와 이메일로 발송됩니다.

  1차 발송: 10월 20일(화) 16:00

  2차 발송: 10월 21일(수) 08:00

- QR코드를 받지 못하셨거나 삭제하신 경우, 아래 연락처로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 현장등록자는 학술대회 현장등록 접수처에서 등록할 수 있습니다.

■ 등록 절차

① 명찰 수령

- 등록 접수처의 QR 인식기에 QR코드를 스캔하면 명찰이 출력됩니다.

- 명찰에는 초록집 교환권, 점심 식사 쿠폰, 등록비 영수증이 포함되어 있습니다.

② 초록집 및 만찬 티켓 수령

- 초록집 배부처에서 교환권을 제시하고 초록집을 수령해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 만찬 사전 신청자는 만찬 티켓도 함께 수령할 수 있습니다.

■ Registration QR Code

- Registration QR codes will be sent to pre-registered participants via SMS and email.

  First Distribution: October 20 (Tue), 16:00

  Second Distribution: October 21 (Wed), 08:00

■ Check-in Procedure

① Collect Your Name Badge

- Scan your QR code at the scanner located at the registration desk to print your name badge.

- Your name badge includes an abstract book voucher, lunch coupon, and registration fee receipt.

② Collect Your Abstract Book & Banquet Ticket

- Present your voucher at the abstract book distribution desk to receive your abstract book.

- Participants who registered for the banquet in advance may also collect their banquet tickets at the same desk.
