첨부된 신청 양식에 이용자 정보를 작성하여 아래 이메일로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 연구실별로 신청자 명단을 취합하여 단체 신청하셔도 됩니다.

※ 셔틀버스는 사전 신청자 우선 탑승으로 운영되며, 사전 신청을 하지 않은 참가자도 잔여 좌석이 있는 경우 현장에서 탑승할 수 있습니다.

■ Conference Venue & Directions

Venue: Suwon Convention Center (140 Gwanggyojungang-ro, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea)

■ Transportation

- Subway (Shinbundang Line): Get off at Gwanggyo Jungang Station, approximately 10 minutes on foot.

- Express Bus: Get off at Gwanggyo Jungang / Ajou University Transfer Center, approximately 10 minutes on foot.

- Local Bus: Get off at Suwon Convention Center / Lotte Outlet, approximately 3 minutes on foot.

- Shuttle Bus: Gwangmyeong Station (KTX) ↔ Suwon Convention Center (approximately 30 minutes, 31 km; advance registration recommended).

■ Parking

- Daily parking fee: KRW 8,000 (individual payment required).

- Parking vouchers will not be provided.
